Your Right to Privacy
This document details the Pumpflix, Inc Online Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") for this Web site, www.pumpflix.com (the "Site"). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or other Pumpflix web sites or other online activities.

Changes in Privacy Policy
All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Pumpflix actively seeks to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to Pumpflix. Any information you provide when engaged in 'Live Chat' with a representative of Pumpflix may be available to all persons accessing that location. In addition, you should be aware that our list servers offers a service in which subscribers are e-mailed a copy of all messages posted to the list server ("blog") on a particular topic. Consequently, if you post a message to our ('Blog"), your e-mail address may be sent to those subscribers that have indicated an interest in the topic of your message.

Use of cookies
When you visit this Site, you can browse the Site and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our Site, we may use "cookies" to track your visit. Anti-Spam Policy
Pumpflix is completely against and actively discourages unsolicited e-mail ("Spam"). Maintaining our email recipients' privacy is one of our main concerns. We address this by requiring that each email message sent by our servers include an easy way for the recipients to remove themselves from the list (opt-out). In the event that a recipient cannot easily remove him or herself, our customer advocacy staff is available to remove that person from further email communications.

By subscribing, you agree to receive the Pumpflix email newsletter which may or may not include special offers or incentives from select partners.
